[ppy] I believe we are doing fine with the informal/organic process
we have now. I don't think anyone has been denied the opportunity to
bring up new ideas so far (although not all ideas get the same level
of community support) because we lack such a guideline.    (03)

[ppy] I believe our event champions are already doing it. ... Try
recalling what happened with, say, OntologySummit2007, the "Database &
Ontology" mini-series, Duane & Kurt's "Ontology Implementation &
Applications" panel discussions, and so on.    (05)

To get invited, the hope is, one has to be *really* good, and has
something to offer that adds to our collective body of knowledge. As
for "what is *reallyt good*" ... we'll have to entrust that to our
project champions and his/her organizing/program team.    (06)

[ppy] According to my Mirriam-Webster Dictionary:    (08)

    vendor - n. one that vends: seller
    vend - vb. sell; esp : to sell as a hawker or peddler    (09)

[Maybe, I should have qualified the "selling" in my earlier message and said:    (010)

" .... Selling of commercial products" is probably better done
elsewhere, than over the settings of a purely volunteered (and
community donated) effort that we operate on here."    (011)

Cheers.  =ppy
