Brand, (01)
As I said earlier:

[ppy] Therefore, I accept responsibility, for not having pursued this
more vigorously earlier, and for not having resolved this yet, as I
can still see that your
"MindTouch:SemanticCommunity.info/AOL_Government/Ontology_Summit_2012_Communique"
website is still carrying substantial content from our
OntologySummit2012 work verbatim, and is still not operating under a
(cc by-sa 3.0) license. (03)
As such, my claim that you are infringing on our copyrights is totally
valid, and I continue to ask you to either comply with our (cc by-sa
3.0) license, or take down the material on your site that was copied
from ours. (04)
I would apologize, though, to this community, and especially to our
international collaborators, that it is regretful and unintended that
the act of an isolated individual (from my country) can bring so much
distraction and damage to the otherwise hugely successful
OntologySummit2012 collaboration and work output. (05)
Regards. =ppy (06)
p.s. as for the conversation between you and Jerry, please, as I said
earlier, take that off-list. =ppy
