That depends very much on the architecture, the toolset, how they
promote community-building, and how they can facilitate communities'
leveraging of their own and each other's progress, including their
progress in enhancing both toolset and architecture. (04)
Not a great many person-months of work is still required for that
dynamic to change entirely. And more minds can reduce the months. (05)
