I think what your write about Russia applies to other non western economies too
shall we try to syndicate your articles to other magazines wordwide?

Suppose there is a need in more deep foundation for the Semantic Web. Such
the core "Triple" notion must be principally "modernized" taking into
account some states mentioned in the "21abreast paper" (see above).

I am interested in what you have in mind there, could you elaborate more?
is it related to glossary?
