Phil,
Since the Knowledge Representation area of discourse is the only one
you feel comfortable committing to for a distinction, could you answer
the question (within the KR area of discourse) what you think is the answer
to Alexander Castro's original question about the
"difference between a DB and a knowledge base"  ?    (01)
