Cyc Foundation has made an open on-line NL interface available to
the public.  The current interface is single-word, not phrase or sentence.
They have also linked Cyc concepts to other KBs such as Wikipedia
and Dbpedia.  They are encouraging everyone to add their ontologies
to OpenCyc.    (02)
