This conversation is starting to go dangerously close creating a newer
version of the 7 layer OSI stack but for cognitive applications.    (01)

In terms of breaking up functionality required for true interoperability,
the OSI stack ignored semantics (probably why it is viewed as a pure
technical model rather than an interoperability model).    (02)

Perhaps it the time is ripe for identifying a new stack for interoperability
between cognitive applications? Here is a random model of some of the
concepts (attached).    (03)

Comments, criticism, flames all welcome.    (04)
