Legal concepts have a lot of dimensions and usually imprecise or
arguable boundaries. They're anchored not only in law but in the facts
that warrant application of a label and the range of labels to chose
from in characterizing those facts. We spend a lot of time in the legal
world arguing not only about proof but about labeling.

That hasn't changed. Everything in law and the practice of law has a
certain fluidity.
