Seems to me we need only one chart.
That chart would show the relationship among less than twelve concepts.
Candidate concept labels are:

Coherent, actionable strategy
Agile organization -- the ability to thrive in an environment of unpredictable

Exemplary stakeholder value
Collaboration, co-learning, co-evolution
If the chart is properly arranged with relationships, they will recognize their
