I would suggest we consider creating a "debate" in debategraph.org. It can really help organize the ideas, and present them in a nice way.
It has been used, for instance, by the White House to report on the discussions about Open Gov - see http://debategraph.org/flash/fv.aspx?r=19224, referenced from http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/Open-Government-Brainstorm-Collaboration-in-Action/.
There are many other interesting examples in the debategraph website.
