Hi All, (01) Why the legal system - the well formal coded social institution - does not hurry to write and publish laws as ontologies or (at least) RDF? A lot of cases could be resolved automatically by resoners without hiring expensive lawyers and the only unique cases would be needed real judges and lawyers. I guess that the reason is the money related to lawyers and legal system. (02) The health care is a similar case. Most regular medications could be prescribed by reasoners based on medical and personal health ontologies. But health care system is also controlled by money more than by patients' needs. (03) That's why the banks only are able to allow for the ontologies to go to the real life as soon as they will see real benefits to make more money. That's why the only banks' interest oriented ontologies has a real chance.
