That is not my claim at all.    (01)

In order to be useful for building systems that use ontologies at 
runtime to drive the processing, it has to be part of an application 
development framework.    (02)

To be a reference doc that programmers interpret and turn into code, it 
can be handwritten in English but the verification of the ontology has 
no bearing on the correctness of the code.    (03)
