This is a very conventional response John many of the points of which I agree, except to note that you are still thinking about the problem "electronically" (connectionist) when, in fact, the behavior is "at once" across structure and structurally bound, requiring much less power. It may well be the case, for example, that you cannot learn to wash dishes unless you have the physical capability to wash them. My point about dualism is not merely rhetorical.
