I don't see that—rdfs:label and rdfs:comment—as significantly different from any other software language syntax.

The quality of the nouns—label—and comments are entirely up to the dedication & diligence of the individual doing the work at that moment.

Been there, done that... doesn't work so well.  We need something better.
