MW: That depends on the kind of object. All the objects on a refinery are
intentionally constructed, so of course their identity is determined by us.
I would be less confident of making that assertion about naturally occurring
objects. On the other hand I am happy that you can talk about any
spatio-temporal extent, or any set you can construct, i.e. the existence of
things is not necessarily defined in nature. (03)
