Dear Sean,    (01)

It seems likely that it had one, though the source I found did
not state it. Music was written for it (in 3 movements no less
of differing lengths).    (02)

I would speculate that it would be most convenient to write the
music in 1/1, with a tempo of 60. Each bar would have a rest,
and you could construct the right number of bars to get the right
lenght for each movement most conveniently. But it could just as
easily have been constructed with changing time signatures of
course.    (03)

Apparantly turning the pages of the music in the right place
is part of a performance.    (04)
