this must be because the sicilians here are not handling the technical

to actually register to the summer school, one needs to get into the 
member's area and so be already an approved member.
well, this is the tool that has been implemented and will not been 
changed I'm afraid.    (02)

we will run a fast approval track at the end of the early bird period.
we have fixed to APRIL 12th the deadline to join IAOA to be able to 
rehister by the early dedaline, which is APRIL 16.    (03)

for grants, APRIL 8 (or 11) - APRIL 13 is tight but should be enough to 
reply by APRIL 13 and leave people the opportunity to register by APRIL 16.    (04)
