I may have missed it, but in scanning this thread I haven't seen any
explicit discussion of who the putative OOR user community are expected
to be, and what they are expected to want from the OOR. (01)
My expectation would be that there will be several kinds of users, who
will want/need different things (for good reasons), & that different
kinds of OOR "entry" for different kinds of ontologies will be a good
way to meet those diverse needs. (02)
