Its fairly obvious. Quite a lot of it is already done in the IKL
guide document, though not singled out as having this exact role. But
getting it completed and brought up to a 'spec' standard of detail
will take some time. And writing code to translate between it and W3C
official OWL/RDF/XML would take even longer. (02)
