If they used RDF (forget about the RDF/XML notation) they would have a
much better system. I would have a common username with multiple
passwords, for instance. In addition, EC2 images would be really easy to
understand rather that being a leap of fate that could burn a hole in
your pockets just because its too mangled at the RDBMS level for them to
produce a sensible UI etc.. (01)
Amazon, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.. are all struggling with: (02)

2. privacy
3. data integration
