An RDF processor understands the RDF model. The developer of an non RDF 
processor can assimilate the entity relationship semantics expressed in 
an RDF model (which is based on first-order logic) and then make a 
transformer for an alternative to RDF.    (02)

John Sowa has a great presentation about this matter [1]. At the end of 
the day, this is the very point that's been lost in the noise generated 
by RDF/XML :-(    (04)
