Yes.  I certainly did not want to exclude paper publications,
which have traditionally defined what it means to publish
(ie, to make public).    (02)

But I just wanted to emphasize that web publications are also
accessible to the world.  If you want to get your message out,
it's best to use multiple channels.    (03)
