Then we come around again to the inevitable conclusion:    (02)

  mKR does not capture meaning at all. It is nothing but a very ugly and 
unnatural kind of human language that uses English lexicography 
interspersed with a bizarre kind of punctuation comprising a mixture of 
real and concocted English words.    (03)
