Peter,    (01)

The slides work fine, but only if you use PowerPoint 2007.    (02)

I suspect they were created in Office 2007.    (03)

Whether save-as or otherwise, they won't display in the Office 2003
version of PowerPoint.    (04)

Hope you are having a great day!    (05)
