Sure 'nuff, but the historical part of his report is
independently verified -- I'm merely pointing out
that he was aware of the longstanding critcisms. (03)

Sure 'nuff^2, but until we say much more exactly what sort
of "correspondence" we have in mind -- Peirce, after all,
speaks of "triple correspondences" as key ingredients of
his theory of signs -- we have said very little at all. (05)
