this seems to me to be an absolutely clinching argument
and fail to see how or why it should not be agreed with. (03)
I look forward particularly to any technical steps (forming
of work groups, proposals for joint action, etc.) that
can be suggested to bring it about and are certainly
willing from our side to allocate resources to it. (04)
