For example, to send a file across the Internet, the sending computer
chops it into packets, which the receiving computer reassembles into
a file that is a copy of the original. (05)
People rarely look at those packets. The process of chopping and
reassembling the files is usually of no interest to them. But the
meaningful content *must* be readable to them. (06)
