A namespace is just a technical mechanism for disambiguating otherwise
homographic terms. It is just a part of the term. The one nominal constraint
(consistent with its purpose) is that you don't have two terms that are
distinct in their referents and homographic within the namespace. There is no
other well-defined semantics (ontological commitment) to 'namespace'. (01)
