I second John's suggestion. Map to OWL, rather than uproot your engineers. If
they have a good, useful tool, they will be more productive using it.
Specialized tools will eventually emerge and evolve, once a paradigm changes.
But you can do everything you need to do without disruption caused by tool
change. (02)
