The "Elevator Pitch" need to be at such a high-level that people with "hypoxia" can comprehend and act on it!!!

The people with "hypoxia" in business/enterprise can only understand "$", and that too through examples of successes in their own community of businesses/enterprises. One "elevator pitch" will therefore not be sufficient. 

The example pitches need to built around a set of "core" concepts. This means that there needs to be a tailorable prolog and an tailorable epilog for the "core" that provides the context for the specific audience that is the focus of this pitch.
