Hi Paola,    (01)

what form of attribution are you asking for? And why don't
you add it yourself if it is on other pages of the Wiki?    (03)

an interesting project in its own right of course (with historical
precedents), but not my thing, no...    (05)

that certainly has been, and continues to be, a problem, I agree.    (07)

You mean, is "desirable when securing", I presume, not "pre-requisite
to secure" (or "is a pre-requisite for me / my company when securing").
  This is
fine, but you won't get much of an EU project on the basis of that
wiki-page. Nor on the basis of claiming IPR on the term 'open
ontology'. So I'm missing something, clearly.    (09)

That's probably in the archives, no? :-) 2006, 2005? no idea.
And of course, there's the overlapping SUO list (where also
issues of IPR also occasionally surface) where
I have also been dutifully deleting messages from 2001 or so .....
So?    (011)

maybe on another list of its own?    (013)

could you send the reference? Then I could cite it (and criticise it
of course :-).    (015)
