Hi Phani, it may be interesting to look at the same question in an area of programming language syntax and semantics. Usually they use specific maths to assign semantics to program, but have a look at Program structure (http://arxiv.org/abs/0907.5290) where syntax and semantics of very simple language Turingol are defined. Just to get feeling of how many things we should add to syntax to get semantics.
