Just on one point:

[Pavithra ] In addition to my previous description on healthcare domain, you can have robot as a doctor or a nurse, or a patient so one has to model that as well!  So artificial intelligence people have a lot more to model than us!

 

In COSMO I use ‘IntentionalAgent’ to cover sentient animals as well as machines that have decision-making capability. So unless humans are specifically intended in some assertion, one can include people, non-human animals, and AI agents with that single type.  That’s not too complex.  Other ontologies have similar types, though there may be differences in the details.
