Dont worry about intruding, althogh I did not ask specifically for your opinion,  comments and additional insights are always welcome, even when they contain the occasional insult thrown on the side.

I also feel its hard work, and almost impossible, to reason and have polite conversations with you, as you seem to get in  a tantrum when people manage to prove a point that differs from the one you are tryin to make.

I am sorry you feel that way, because even through your unnecessary sidetracking, we can learn and expand our understanting of the world , for which I am thankful.

I think its okay to ignore deliberate provocations,

Paola, I regret having intruded a comment into your ongoing discussion with Chris Partridge. I did so in a spirit of collaboration as it seemed to me that you two were misunderstanding one another. Since then our conversation has deteriorated, as have all previous conversations with you, into meaningless vacuity. I should have cleaved to my earlier resolution to avoid attempting to communicate with you, as your ignorance of almost any technical discipline is so overwhelming that it is impossible to have a meaningful conversation. Good luck with whatever you find yourself doing.

Pat

you are right in that the term logic and logical have wider and deeper implications that need to be specified

however

Y causes Z, and

X causes Y,

therefore, X causes Z.

this causal relationship seems  simple FOL

I was reading this paper on causal logic, btw

http://www.glennshafer.com/assets/downloads/articles/article62.pdf

but please share your references and explain why it is not so

if you think otherwise

thanks

yes, causal relationshipos are not  logical?

Of course they are not. Perhaps you have an unusual sense of what "logical" means when used as a qualifier (?)
