Sounds very much like what I am looking for.

I am teaching DoDAF and Zachman in my classes, and if there were a good IDEAS description, this would be a good start. INCOSE really has something for everything, but the only thing regarding ontology I was able to find are declarations of good intent ... and that doesn't help you much.
