Yuriy,
I agree with Peter that we don't want to go back to trying to define
"ontology". As he mentioned, we had an entire Ontology Summit series
dedicated to just that challenge, and agreed in the end that rather than
fruitlessly trying to get everyone to agree on a single definition, to
recognize that there are many dimensions to the concept, and artifacts that
are called ontologies lie along a spectrum for each of those definitions.

Thanks Peter,    (05)

My quick re-definition an "Ontology" term from there:    (06)

http://ontolog.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?OntologySummit2013_Intrinsic_Aspects
_Of_Ontology_Evaluation_Synthesis#nid3K8P    (07)

is the next:    (08)

(Semantic Web begin)    (09)

Ontology solves something that is a problem.
An ontology has a n:worth.
A n:worth is measured by the n:effectiveness.
Effectiveness helps something that is a n:solving.    (010)

(Semantic Web end)    (011)

Please fell free to grab an ontology of this definition of "Ontology" here
http://www.ddtor.com/1.htm    (012)

Just change the "mortal Socrates" ontology by the body above :)    (013)
