Dear Jack,
The number of tracks does not determine our bandwidth, rather the number of
people participating. My concern is that we will try to boil the ocean and
achieve nothing. If we start with a limited number of subjects, and make
good progress, we can always pick up some others later during the summit.    (01)

What I can see is that there are at least 20 topics across tracks 1&2 each
of which is interesting and worthwhile. That is more than would normally be
sensible for a whole summit.    (02)
