Great idea, Ali ... I am all for it! (01)
Besides putting in the effort to produce a media kit ... we need
someone who has the expertise, experience, and most importantly (I
think) the connections to help get the right kind of attention by the
tech media. (02)
Besides Rex, anyone else who would like to step up and provide support
(or more importantly, leadership?) (03)
Your list is great ... may I also suggest (these are more doable, just
effort, experience definitely helps, but probably no connections
needed): (04)
http://www.wikipedia.org/ - wikipedia article(s)
http://en.wikipedia.org/ (English) ... but hopefully other languages too
http://slashdot.org (05)
... additionally, send the endorsement solicitation to the Communique
around to ALL relevant mailing lists. (06)
Thank you for the great suggestion! (This has been, traditionally, a
weak spot for most of us, I believe.) (07)
Best. =ppy
