I have "IRI" imprecisely filed close to URL or aKindOf URL.  It's some sort of 
specialized pointer/reference in W3C land… I 
think.    (04)

I believe it is a fundamental thingy in Kingsley's LOD (Linked Open Data) 
domain.    (05)
