Yes, but circa. 2014, next to nobody uses RDF/XML. It's very much a
lower level language used by data transformers in situations where the
source data is XML, that's it. (02)
Today, most folks I know use one of the following notations when
inscribing RDF based statements as part of an RDF document creation
process : (03)
1. Turtle -- readable and usable by end-users, architects, designers,
ontologists, and developers/programmers
2. HTML+Microdata -- usable by HTML developers (a kind of Web Developer
profile)
3. JSON+LD -- usable by JSON developers (ditto). (04)
