Should I barge in here & ask—yet again—where are the semantics in the SW?

What in the SW allows me to know, enables me to learn that the labels "M0760" and "MENSA-FL" mean the same thing?

I've just come off jury duty... trial testimony should be used for linguistic analysis on how people just bluff their way around/through words & concepts they don't grok.
