The models were created in my perversion of the UML notation. UML would
not have been my choice, but I was working with some Object Management
Group people who finally communicated to me why their minds worked the
way they did.  So, I was able to tinker with the notation so that
the symbols I used represented the semantics of a real-world model. 
I do have the files available using the tool MagicDraw.  If you
