 From what I have seen here in past discussions,  errors in ontologies 
are often in the eyes of the beholder and depend very much on what you 
want to do with it.    (01)

Related to John's point on indictments; an "error" that forces you to 
change the way that you think that the universe is set up, is a lot more 
serious than one that has no effect on your views.    (02)
