Another way to look at this is that an enterprise architecture is the architecture of an enterprise.  Such an architecture has many views.  One viewpoint is the semantics of the various specialized languages used by the participants in the business, or other enterprise.  Hence, a semantic enterprise architecture would address this tangle of semantics found in any interesting enterprise.
