It's seems i missed a critical point: the forum has been always open to all 
good views.
Re. the OWL family with its family of promoters, it has little to do with 
the real web ontology per se, being just a knowledge representation language 
with different artificial modifications and qualifications.
The principal limitations are the constitutional inability to reify classes, 
properties and individuals as ontologicl entities. Now ad here the inherent 
incapacity to describe real relationships usually having directions and many 
many interacting members (known as n-ary relationships),
