Back in the '80's I met with a fellow from the Fed Govt
that had developed an (upper) ontology. He had it printed as
a draft standard. Anyone recall that or know who he is?    (01)

I think I have a document with the the logic of it, but I can't
find the original document. I'll try to convert it to a usable
form for review.    (02)
