I wonder if you could clarify, either onlist or offlist, as to avoid

Why would you regard discussion relating to some projects okay, even
in the case that they are obviously copyighted, but politely flag
others, which are no different? (05)
Several works which are copyrighted, and regularly referenced
discussed in this forum are very valuable, and often made free and
accessible for the benefit of this community,
and I am not sure (06)
your IPR policy assertions seem selective at time, (07)
