I'm an active user of Knoodl... we use it internally. And occassionally, I've used it the free external site.
It is a great wiki-like tool for capturing controlled vocabulary and allows you to embed SPARQL queries (over your vocabulary) into it's wiki text. It also allows for instances as well as classes. But its strong suit, for now, is still the class level stuff. Its not the greatest OWL editor, but its goal is collaboration with the benefit exporting into OWL. I would like to see more support with more forum-like discussion threads rather than the wiki-style discussion page, but all in all, a good simple tool for communicating ideas between onto types and non-onto types. :-)
