Dear Peter,
My contributions to the Ontolog-Forum and its related sites are in accordance with the IRP policy.
There is a clear distinction between the content of my contribution, and the discussed projects. The content of my contributions is open and free to use. The discussed projects are copyright protected.
Note that throughout the Ontolog.cim3 website there are many discussions on copyright protected and licenced projects. See, for example, "Interesting way of using Google".
Consequantely, discussing licenced projects are in accordance with the IRP policy.
Knowledge 2008
1. Scholarly work. Knowledge 2008 is a scholarly project. Hereby, I invite anyone to criticaly discuss it, and question my reasoning and resrearch methodologies.
2. Academic & Educational citations. One can cite sections of the map (as is) in academic & educational non-profit publications and websites for academic & educational purposes, free of charge, as long as it is done in accordance with ethical codes acceptable by the academic community (e.g., give me the full academic credit).
3. Open access. The website is open free of charge to everyone.
4. Utilizing the scheme in R&D projects. I will authorize developers to implement the map (scheme) in R&D projects, digital libraries, search tools, and the like, pending written licencing.
I hope that I clarify my possition.
All the Best,
Chaim Zins

Chaim,
In the interest of ensuring proper observation of our IPR policy (ref. http://ontolog.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?WikiHomePage#nid32 ), could
you tell us how your sight content and the technology that deliver them are licensed?
... In particular, are these work "open" and consistent with such IPR policy?
Thanks & regards. =ppy
