That depends on what one considers a value system to be. If it can
be represented as a collection of categories and relationships among
them, there is no reason why it couldn't be organized in structures
that are the similar to the representations of any other subject. (04)
Interesting point: In our work at VivoMind, we have found that
Roget's _Thesaurus_ is more useful than WordNet for representing
emotional terms and value judgments. Since we use a partial ordering
rather than a tree, we can treat the Roget classifications as the
equivalent of WordNet synsets in a large partial ordering. (05)
The combination of both forms the basis for some very interesting
analogies. (06)
